I’m not fast. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. Speed doesn’t matter — showing up does.

I care far more about your mindset, effort, and willingness to grow than how fast you run.

If you’re ready to be consistent, trust the process, and give your best, I’ll support you every step of the way.

What’s included in your coaching plans?

All plans are personalized and include:

  • Customized weekly training through TrainingPeaks

  • Data review, feedback, and adjustments

  • Strength and injury prevention work

  • Mental coaching strategies

  • Weekly communication + optional Zoom check-ins

  • Support in English or Spanish

Do you coach both marathons and triathlons?

Yes! I’ve completed 56 marathons and 3 Ironmans — and I coach both runners and triathletes.

Whether you’re training for a 10K, full Ironman, or something in between, I’ll help you build a smart, structured plan.

Do I need a race on my calendar to start?

Nope. Some athletes train year-round to stay sharp, others jump in when a race is coming up.

I’ll meet you where you are — whether you're ramping up or rebuilding.

How do we communicate?

We use TrainingPeaks for your daily workouts, and I’m available via email, messages, or voice notes.

I also offer regular Zoom check-ins if you'd like more face-to-face support.

You’re never training alone.
